The project for the storage, transport and dosage of flour in bulk was fulfilled in September 2021.

Our company was tasked by the customer as follows:

• to switch from manual to automated flour discharge process;
• to discharge flour from trucks to silos;
• to control and record raw material consumption;
• to further transport flour to two dough-making areas via a vacuum transport system.

Successfully implemented:

• installation of 50 cubic meter silos equipped with loan cells and the system allowing to discharge from flour trucks;
• delivery of flour to dosing units with preliminary sieving (vacuum is used)
• the process of dosing is conducted according to a receipt and flour grade;
• raw materials are recorded during and at the end of a shift with the option of storing data within max. 3 days.

The project was finished in due time. Additionally, at the customer´s request, a dosing unit for liquid components was installed and added to the raw material software.
