Our company has just completed the manufacture of two turbo-mixers (emulsifiers) for our partners from Bulgaria. The equipment is designed to prepare fillings used in biscuit-like cookies such as Oreo cookies or Super-Kontik cookies.

An emulsifier with a 300 L tank capacity is made of high quality stainless steel and is equipped with three independent agitator systems:

• Anchor agitator with PTFE scrapers – 17.9 rpm; 2.2 kW
• Agitator with an aerating effect – 402 rpm; 5.5 kW
• Agitator – 1400 rpm; 3 kW.

The video below shows a test run of the mixer loaded with the product. At the customer´s request and depending on the product chosen for production, our company is ready to manufacture new or modify already existing turbo-mixers of such or similar design.
