BULK MATERIAL TRANSPORT SYSTEMS: EFFICIENCY AND RELIABILITY

Each production facility has its own specifics. That is why we offer several transport options:

  • Mechanical transportation — transport systems based on screw conveyors: flexible, shafted, and shaftless. Equipment parameters and configuration are selected individually according to product and capacity requirements.

       

  • Pneumatic transport — product movement occurs through compressed air or vacuum gas. It is used when material needs to be transported from multiple points and allows transportation over long distances without losses.

  • Vacuum systems — ensure product transportation without damaging its structure. They provide full hermetic sealing during transport. System parameters are selected according to product characteristics and process requirements.

      

A properly selected transport system guarantees stable operation of the entire production line and continuous technological processes.

MIXING AND PREPARATION OF BULK MIXTURES

To obtain homogeneous multi-component mixtures, L-TRANS SERVICE offers mixers and automated complexes that provide:

  • mixing time from 5 to 10 minutes;
    • possibility of adding liquid components;
    • final mixture homogeneity level of 98–99%;
    • control via a user-friendly panel, reverse function, and fast discharge.

These solutions are ideal for enterprises where recipe accuracy and repeatability of results are critical.

GRINDING AND PROCESSING OF PRODUCTS

For the production of food additives, spices, powdered sugar, or other ingredients, hammer mills are used, allowing particle size reduction down to 100 microns. This enables high-quality production with stable parameters.

       

SILOS FOR BULK PRODUCT STORAGE

METAL SILOS

Used in open, semi-closed, and closed warehouses when large volumes of product storage are required.

Advantages:

  • possibility of equipping with temperature control and ventilation systems;
  • high storage capacity in a small area;
  • simplified unloading;
  • easy maintenance and repair of internal surfaces;
  • low operational costs per unit of stored product;
  • practically unlimited service life.

Available configurations:

  • AISI 304 / carbon steel;
  • insulated or non-insulated;
  • with vibrating bottom or pneumatic aerators.

      

FABRIC SILOS

Made from high-strength special material with anti-dust coating and high resistance to mechanical damage. The fabric is highly breathable, preventing condensation and product agglomeration inside the silo.

The material is certified for food storage. Static electricity is discharged through graphite threads in contact with the frame. There is no risk of arching due to uniform product flow assisted by a vibrating bottom.

      

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

  • Sieves (vibratory, rotary, screw) — provide screening, fraction separation, aeration, and removal of foreign or metal particles. Can operate independently or as part of production lines.
  • Vibrating bottoms — improve discharge of bulk products from silos and bins, especially for difficult-flowing materials. All product-contact parts are made from food-grade stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Magnetic separators — remove metallic contaminants from products. Equipped with powerful magnets and easily integrated into production lines.
  • Bag emptying stations — prevent dust emissions during unloading and provide product screening. Equipped with sealed receiving hoppers, protective grids, and built-in vibratory sieves, as well as aspiration systems based on bag filters.
  • Bulk feeders — used in confectionery factories, bakeries, dairies, and other food industry enterprises where portioned feeding of bulk materials is required. They ensure accurate dosing, improve process efficiency, and reduce human factor influence. Integration with automated control systems allows optimization of production and inventory management.
