This solution enables producers to create high-quality products evenly coated with natural chocolate or confectionery glaze, while preserving all the properties of the frozen or freeze-dried raw materials.

Efficient technologies for stable results

The lines allow glazing a wide range of frozen or freeze-dried products: berries, fruits, freeze-dried ice cream, as well as confectionery products such as candies, bars, cookies, glazed curd snacks, ice cream, and other sweets. Thanks to the special configuration of the equipment, glazing is carried out delicately without damaging the product, which is critically important for maintaining appearance and texture.

The system includes glazing, decorating, and cooling stages, ensuring a complete processing cycle. After applying the glaze or chocolate, the products are transported into a cooling tunnel where the chocolate or glaze solidifies, and then they proceed to packaging.

   

The equipment line includes:

  • A conveyor for distributing rows of berries/fruits;
  • A glazing machine for applying glaze or chocolate;
  • A cooling tunnel for rapid cooling;
  • Decorative systems for adding sprinkles or decorations, or for decorating with chocolate/glaze of another color;
  • A conveyor system for product transportation;
  • A storage tank for glaze/chocolate;
  • A piping system for circulating the product between the tank and the glazing machine.

   

For glazing with natural chocolate, additional equipment is used: a tempering machine, a decrystallizer, and acid removal systems.

For glazing frozen products, a special model of the glazing machine with a shortened belt ensures neat coverage even of the smallest frozen berries.

Two-Layer Coating – Dark/White Chocolate.

For double-layer coating, such as dark and white chocolate, a complex with two glazing machines and cooling tunnels is used — one for each layer. After the first layer is applied, the product is cooled and then sent for glazing with the second layer.
