Enrobing machine
The enrobing machine is designed for enrobing various products.
With this glazing, it is possible to obtain such a product as:
- glazed cookies
- glazed candy
- bar and other types of products.
The product for glazing can be: glaze, chocolate, yoghurt glaze.
Glazing machine complete set:
– System of top glazing of the product with two curtains with height adjustment.
– Rotary drum, equipped with a scraper and a mechanism for regulating the level of the wave, for bottom enrobing of the product.
– High-performance blower fan with adjustable height and direction of flow to the product. The fan is built into the top of the machine.
– Vibration station with pneumatic drive and regulation of vibration frequency and amplitude.
– Smoothing, heated roll with a scraper.
– High speed, heated and height adjustable shank with reversible stroke.
– Air heating of the chamber of the machine with infrared ceramic heaters with PLC control. Technical characteristics of the enrobing machine:
