Transverse (guillotine) and longitudinal cutting is intended for the production of products such as:
- confectionery (sweets, bars, etc.)
- marmalade
- praline masses
- dough pieces and other masses.
Specifications:
Cross cutting is equipped with ultrasonic knives with generators.
If necessary, it is possible to add to the station – a lubrication system.
The length of the workpiece is adjustable from 5 to 200mm.
Workpiece height from 0.5mm to 100mm.
Cutting speed from 5 to 400 strokes per minute.
