This week, our partners from Chernigov and Zaporozhye have already received our tanks:

– a 300 L cooker operated on steam as a heat transfer medium;

– a 1350 L cooker operated on oil as a heat transfer unit.

The tanks will be used to prepare invert syrup and berry- and fruit-based vitamin tea.

Such tanks are designed to cool products in an open-type vessel for preparing invert sugar syrup, fruit and various confectionery masses according to the recipe.
