Project description
L-TRANS SERVICE designs and manufactures automated systems for bulk storage of ingredients, dry mix preparation, and precise dosing of main and micro components.
The systems provide a fully automated production cycle: raw material storage, transportation, dosing according to the recipe, mixing, and preparation of the finished dry mixture.
The complexes ensure stable product quality, recipe repeatability, and reduced impact of the human factor on the production process.
APPLICATION AREAS
The systems are used for the production of:
- bakery mixes;
- special types of flour;
- confectionery mixes;
- premixes;
- protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates (PVMC);
- food additives;
- functional mixes;
- sports and baby food;
- dietary supplements;
- herbal preparations;
- tea and coffee blends;
- household chemicals.
BULK STORAGE OF INGREDIENTS
The following equipment is used for product storage:
Metal Silos
Designed for storing large volumes of bulk materials.
They can be equipped with:
- ventilation systems;
- temperature control systems;
- vibrating bottoms;
- pneumatic aeration systems.

Fabric Silos
Manufactured from special materials that provide:
- safe storage of food products;
- prevention of condensation formation;
- stable product discharge;
- preservation of raw material properties.

AUTOMATIC DRY MIX PREPARATION
The systems ensure automatic execution of the technological recipe:
- ingredient feeding;
- precise dosing;
- mixing;
- process control;
- obtaining a homogeneous finished mixture.
The systems can be equipped with industrial mixers for producing multi-component mixtures with specified characteristics.
MICRODOSING SYSTEMS
For components added in small quantities, automatic microdosing systems are used.
They are designed for precise dosing of:
- vitamins;
- minerals;
- flavorings;
- colorants;
- enzymes;
- premixes;
- spices;
- food additives.

The system design is based on the principle:
“one separate hopper for each component”, which ensures dosing accuracy and recipe stability.
AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM
All processes are controlled by an automated control system with a touchscreen panel.
The operator can:
- set and store recipes;
- monitor equipment operation;
- adjust process parameters;
- keep records of component usage.

ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEMS
- high accuracy of dosing and microdosing;
- recipe stability;
- economical use of expensive components;
- reduction of manual labor;
- quick recipe changeover;
- minimization of human factor influence;
- possibility of system expansion when increasing the number of components.
