The cooking tank is intended for boiling of confectionery and other food masses, this tank is used for preparation of such products as:
- sugar syrups
- caramel
- jelly, marmalade
- sauces, mustard, pasta, etc., products.
The product is pumped out by pumping or gravity through the bottom hole.
The cooking boiler is equipped with different bottoms depending on the product – it can be a cone, ellipse, sphere, etc. It is selected that will provide complete removal of the product, detergents during sanitation. It is made of stainless steel, equipped with different types of shirts for different coolant, covered with thermal insulation, installed temperature sensors of the product and coolant, with a stirrer. Thermal insulation is protected from damage to the outer cladding of stainless metal.
