The container is designed for the preparation of fatty fillings and emulsions. The tank is a vertical cylindrical vessel equipped with a coolant jacket and thermal insulation. The thermal insulation on the outside is protected from damage by the outer cladding. The tank is equipped with temperature sensors for the coolant and product. Production capacity – from 150 kg / hour. The tank is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 and is equipped with three mixers – low-speed, medium-speed, high-speed (with knives). The mixing devices are driven by two geared motors and one imported cutterblock drive (STM or Motovario). Autonomous heating of the tank is provided by three heating elements with a capacity of 2.5 kW each. Product discharge – flap DN150.
